Resources are made available for general information. They are not a government publication, individualized advice, or a guarantee of eligibility, coverage, rates, or outcomes. The linked source controls its own content and availability. Review source materials and consult appropriate qualified people for decisions.

Account and preferences

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and providing accurate account information. You can change your stored name, topic choices, and optional member email updates preference in your account. Email updates are a preference only; this account does not itself publish or automatically send a newsletter.

Assistance requests

Requests are sent to Vermont Senior Benefits member support by email only and are not automatically forwarded to licensed professionals, partners, or sales leads. You must separately authorize support to email you about the particular request. Before any proposed professional referral, support will identify the professional and request separate permission. Email verification is required to submit requests. Do not submit phone numbers, Social Security numbers, or account balances.

We use account cookies and reasonable safeguards to support sign-in and protect account actions. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect the service or members. Resources and service features may change.
